Turning Type One into Type None
JDRF- Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation is an organization that Matt strongly advocates for. For years Matt has rallied behind the fight to find a cure for Type 1 diabetes. Matt and his company contribute annually to JDRF as a sponsor to for their walks, chaired and sat on the procurement committee for their almost 7 figure gala, is on the advocacy board, and participated in other JDRF events, in addition to the Hooked on a Cure fishing tournament that he hosts annually.

Partnering with the Muscular Dystrophy Association
For the last 5 years, Matt and his company have partnered with and supported MDA to help raise awareness, fund groundbreaking research, and champion for kids and adults living with this debilitating disease. Matt has been on the MDA Toast to Life Gala Committee for the past 3 years and has been able to secure thousands of dollars in sponsorships and auction items. In 2016, Matt was the Honorary Chair of the Toast to Life Gala. In addition to raising money for the MDA, Matt also sponsors the Summer Camp Pinewood Derby Tournament.

Schools for Haiti
For the past 2 years Matt and Cindy White have been involved with Schools for Haiti. The six schools that Schools for Haiti supports the lives of approximately 1,300 Haitian children. Most of these children would not have an opportunity to go to school if they were not supported.
Many of these children live in make-shift houses and come to school hungry. By providing a healthy nutritious meal five days a week (approximately 230,000 lunches in the school year), we are helping to give these children a better quality of life. Matt and Cindy currently sponsor a little girl named Alia and sponsored the "Rock School". The school has large classrooms , a basketball court and a purified water system.
